Membership Plans -

Unlimited monthly online visits for adults and teens 13 years of age and older.
Through our membership plan, you can schedule as many online appointments as you wish free of charge.
One time registration fee of $50 per adult/teen.
One time baseline lab draw (includes CBC and CMP). Labs not included in monthly subscription plan.
After your initial registration fee, your monthly subscription fee of $30 per adult/teen will be deducted around the date you started your subscription. For instance, if you began your subscription on the 4th of the month, subsequent payments will be deducted around the 4th of every month.
Complex medical cases are better suited for in-person providers. Please call before subscribing for complex medical cases.
After signing up for our membership program, you will receive a membership welcome email with your unlimited appointment access link within 24-48hrs.

Through our membership plan, you can schedule as many online appointments as you wish free of charge.
One time registration fee of $30 per child.
After your initial registration fee, your monthly subscription fee of $20 per child will be deducted around the date you started your subscription. For instance if you began your subscription on the 4th of the month, your monthly subscriptions will be deducted around the 4th of every month.
Excludes labs.

Unlimited monthly visits for two or more family members who are at least 7 years of age and older.
Through our membership plan, you can schedule as many online appointments as you wish free of charge.
Family plans receive a discount of 10%. i.e. a family of 2 kids under 13 years and 2 adults would pay $90/month.
Baseline labs only included during as part of registration. Labs not included in monthly subscription plan.
After subscribing to your desired membership plan, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days with your membership plan details. You will also receive your membership pin, which would give you access to unlimited online visits.
