The mission of Grace Family & Urgent Care Clinic is to bring honor to the name of Jesus Christ by providing affordable, holistic, patient-centered healthcare. Our clinic is currently 100% online; we do not see patients in person, only online. We see patients online throughout all of Texas, including: Spring, TX; The Woodlands, TX; Tomball, TX; Conroe, TX, & Houston, TX. We see patients 7 years of age and older.
Grace Family & Urgent Care Clinic is staffed by board certified nurse practitioners. Nurse practitioners are clinicians who are authorized to prescribe medications and provide comprehensive care for patients. Because nurse practitioners are first trained to be nurses, they are especially skilled at listening and addressing patient specific needs and concerns.
Dr.Oluchi Ujoatu is a board certified emergency and family nurse practitioner who obtained her doctorate degree in nursing. She was a registered nurse for seven years before becoming a family nurse practitioner. She has been practicing as a family nurse practitioner for over 10 years. She recently obtained her emergency nurse practitioner certification. She has practiced in family care clinics, urgent care clinics, and well as in emergency care clinics. Her favorite part of being an emergency and family nurse practitioner is being able to connect with patients.
